We’re on the lookout for a passionate Pool & Beach Supervisor to enhance our serene pool and beach environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. As our Pool & Beach Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team in creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Your focus will be on delivering top-notch service while maintaining the beauty and safety of our pool and beach areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pool and beach, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Lead, train, and inspire your team to provide exceptional service.
• Curate engaging activities that reflect our luxury brand.
• Address guest needs proactively to enhance their experience.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service.

International Experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club.
