• Operates, maintains and repairs all pertinent hotel systems, devices, controls, instruments, and equipment.
• Complies with established safety practices while expertly performing preventive maintenance, repair and complies with energy management practices.
• Carries out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and equipment according to the standards and requirements.

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity or in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system.
