• Control and analyze sales and costs, making sure they meet the targets while maintaining service excellence 💰📊.

• Increase guest satisfaction by conducting initiatives that improve service quality and enhance the overall guest experience 💫👍.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for the room service team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing atmosphere 🧑‍🍳📋.

• Monitor employee work schedules and performance, providing feedback and assessments to maintain high standards 📅📈.
