Job Description

Hotel Mövenpick Brussels Airport is looking for a Guest Relations (h/f)!

Hotel Mövenpick, a premium brand of Accor, located at Excelsiorlaan 18 - 1930 Zaventem, will open its doors on 16/12/2024. Are you enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and passionate about hospitality? Then we are looking for you!

Job description: Guest Relations / Receptionist (flexible schedule)

As a Guest Relations / Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the reception.
Your workplace? The top (eighth) floor of the hotel with a stunning view of the Brussels skyline and the airport!

You will work in shifts, namely: morning shift (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and evening shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.). You will also receive training as a backup night receptionist.

Here is an overview of some of the tasks:

  • Checking in and out of (international) hotel guests
  • Providing information to hotel guests about the hotel and the Accor ALL loyalty system
  • Administrative tasks (invoicing, closing the cash register, etc.)
  • Making reservations via Accor's reservation system
  • Ensuring cleanliness in the reception, lobby, etc.

Are you hospitable, customer-focused, proactive, a team player, … and is hospitality your passion? Do you speak Dutch, French, English, … and possibly other languages? Then you are the candidate we are looking for. Any experience within Accor is certainly a plus!
