How does your working day look like …

• During your shift, you ensure smooth processes, correct cash bookings and maintain an overview so that you can work hand in hand with the team
• At the reception, you’ll make sure that all our guests are totally satisfied with their stay
• You’ll always keep calm, even when all the guests turn up to check in or check out at the same time
• You prepare for the shift and end it with a tidy front office

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You’ve completed an apprenticeship in the hotel business and gained first professional experience at the front office
• You can speak English fluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests
• On top of this, you know your way around Düsseldorf and always have tips for good shopping locations and a nice ice-cream parlor
• You not only bring your skills, but also your character
