We are looking for a proven team leader with long term thinking who is seeking to build a career with Accor. This key role will oversee the daily management of the Front Office & Reservations departments; ensuring the efficient and effective operations and ensuring consistent, exceptional service for our guests and our team.
As our next Front Office Manager, you will have:
- Proven leadership experience within a hotel environment with a desire to nurture and encourage a culture of excellence, integrity and positivity within the Front Office & Reservation teams.
- A demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong problem solving skills with a can do, solutions focused attitude.
- A desire to drive your own professional development and achieve long term goals.
- Staff recruitment knowledge and the confidence to grow your team through personal development, mentoring and training.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a front office environment.
- Experience and confidence using PMS such as Opera and reservations systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
- Availability to work on a rotating shift roster (a.m, p.m and nights)
- Full, clean Drivers License
- Current Managers Certificate
