Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Revenue to drive revenue growth and optimize performance across all departments. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data-driven decision-making and market analysis to maximize profitability and ensure the continued success of our luxury property


Job Description

  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends. 
  • Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels, ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning. 
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives. 

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
