Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase club membership.
  • Implement programs and initiatives to retain current members.
  •  Analyze membership trends and develop strategies to address areas of concern.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective members.
  •  Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Organize and manage new member orientation programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting new members.
  •  Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to reach potential members.
  • Regularly attend member events to continue to gage feedback and foster positive relations.
  • Attend networking events and community events to promote the club.
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional member services and experiences.
  • Coordinate with other departments/operational areas to ensure member needs are met.
  • Develop and manage member events, activities, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of membership data and statistics.
  • Prepare regular reports on membership metrics and present them to senior management.
  • Lead and supervise membership and sales staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in member services and engagement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in membership management, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • oPrevious experience in a club, hospitality, or membership-based organization is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful membership growth strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Additional Information

Visa: Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000
