Nous recherchons des extras au poste de Commis de rang pour le service du petit-déjeuner.
Sous la supervision du Chef de Rang, vous aurez comme missions principales :
Avant le service :
- Mise en place du buffet
- Vérifier la propreté de la salle avant l’arrivée des clients
Pendant le service :
- Accueillir le client et l’accompagner dans sa prise de commande
- Service des boissons chaudes
- Présentation et explication des produits présents sur le buffet
- Débarrasser régulièrement la vaisselle sale et revenir vers le client pour s’assurer que tout se déroule correctement
- Remettre systématiquement des couverts
- Réapprovisionner régulièrement le buffet
- Faire le lien avec la cuisine
Après le service :
- Rangement et nettoyage du matériel
- réapprovisionnement des différents frigos.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
