Mission:
L'équipe du Restaurant BOAM recherche un(e) commis cuisinier(e) en CDI 25H Hebdomadaire.

Compétences attendues :
- Passionné(e) par la restauration, vous avez un goût prononcé pour la Cuisine du Marché
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous collaborez avec le chef de Cuisine et le chef de partie
- Le respect strict de la propreté et des normes d'hygiène vous caractérise
- Vous savez faire preuve d'autonomie et assurer la production
- Vous avez l'ambition d'évoluer en cuisine
Profile:
- Vous êtes sous la responsabilité du chef de Cuisine et le chef de partie pour l’exécution des plats, des recettes, dans le respect des délais impartis. (Et c’est parfois le rush en cuisine !)
- Vous effectuez la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats et participez à l'envoi en salle des assiettes dressées.
- Vous tenez à la propreté de votre lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant les règles d'hygiène HACCP. Vous participez aux travaux d'inventaire ainsi qu’au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises lors de la livraison.
