A proximité de la Tour Eiffel, le Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel propose 764 chambres, deux restaurants dont le « Greem », un restaurant gastronomique japonais « Le Benkay », ainsi qu’un centre de convention de 3000m² avec un amphithéâtre.
Face à la Seine, nos clients peuvent se restaurer dans notre bar et se détendre dans notre centre de fitness qui dispose d’une piscine avec un toit ouvrant.
Composé d’une clientèle internationale multi segments, son équipe de près de 280 talents participe au succès de l’hôtel.
Avec une vue plongeante sur la Seine, le Benkay honore la gastronomie Japonaise avec art, dans une ambiance bois-wengé rappelant l’intérieur des maisons traditionnelles. On opte au choix pour le teppanyaki et sa cuisine sur plaque chauffante ou le washoku qui vous permettra de découvrir les mets traditionnels nippon dans une ambiance discrète et relaxante.

Vos principales missions :
Missions :
- En tant que véritable Ambassadeur de l’image de notre hôtel, vous accueillez notre clientèle et aimez créer un contact privilégié avec elle dans un souci de satisfaction optimale.
- Vous prenez et servez les commandes et êtes également en charge de la facturation ainsi que de l’encaissement.
- Vous assurez la mise en place de votre rang ainsi que le débarrassage et le redressage des tables.
- Enfin, vous participez à la formation des nouveaux arrivants.
L'expérience professionnelle :
- Issu(e) d’une formation en restauration, vous justifiez d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire
- Une connaissance de la gastronomie Japonaise et de ses produits
- D’excellente présentation, vous faites preuve de discrétion et réactivité et êtes animé(e) d’un sens développé du service client.
- Anglais exigé, la maitrise de la langue Japonaise est un plus
Votre profil :
- Très bonne connaissance de la culture japonaise
- Expérience de 2 ans dans un restaurant ayant une cuisine Japonaise
- Une expérience en cuisine gastronomique est demandée
Langues : Français et Anglais, langue Japonaise est un plus
Qualités : Leader reconnu, Autonomie, Créatif, Rigueur & Méthode, Excellent gestionnaire, Pédagogue, Goût du contact avec les clients, Excellente présentation
