Job Description

Curious and colourful, just like our Birdie, you will have experience and will be passionate about joining the team to deliver exceptional food with an authentic and welcoming style.
Experience in a venue and or hotel environment is desirable and leadership experience essential. 

 


Qualifications

  • Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking  techniques and styles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading staff.
  • Exemplary communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
  • Available for a rotating rosters that include early morning starts.
