Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de trois bars, d’un Centre Fitness, d’un Spa, de deux piscines, d’un Room Service et d’un service Traiteur.
Relevant du Chef de Réception, les responsabilités et les fonctions essentielles du poste comprennent, sans s’y limiter à maîtriser parfaitement le métier de Tournant de Hall Jour et Nuit ainsi que :
- Proposer en permanence un service professionnel, avenant et attachant
- Maîtriser avec expertise les différents outils et plateformes électroniques (ex. Opera, Easyway, ACDC …)
- Organiser le travail de la journée pour les réceptionnistes via la check list quotidienne (Shift AM – PM- Middle - Night)
- Etre le référent des Tournants de Hall Jour et Nuit
- Superviser le bon déroulement de la journée et la bonne application des consignes (départs, arrivées, listes VIP, accueil clients, suivi crédit limit).
- Vérifier que les tâches du back office soient à jour (préparation des arrivées des groupes du lendemain, supervision des arrivées des groupes du jour, saisie de rooming-list, facturation, etc.).
- Savoir organiser et anticiper l’emploi du temps des réceptionnistes selon l’activité de l’hôtel
- Assurer une bonne coordination entre les services (Gouvernante, Room service, Vente)
- Assurer l’assignation des chambres des jours à venir et surveiller l’occupation
- Elaborer les plannings et déterminer les prévisions d’activités en conséquence
- Etre garant du respect des standards Fairmont
- Assurer la liaison entre les Réceptionnistes et le Chef de réception ou Assistant Chef de réception
- Participer aux réunions Précon des groupes
- Respecter les politiques, les procédures et les normes de service du département
- Respecter toutes les politiques de sécurité
- Expérience sur un poste similaire dans un établissement hôtelier de luxe
- Maitrise de l’anglais et de l’italien
- Maitrise du logiciel Opera, Opera Cloud
- Maitrise du Pack office
- Particulièrement responsable et fiable
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à concentrer son attention sur les besoins des clients, en restant calme et courtois à tout moment
- Avoir l’âme d’un leader afin de fédérer et motiver les équipes
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités, savoir déléguer et savoir gérer des situations parfois délicates
- Savoir anticiper les attentes des clients et de l’équipe.
