- Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning of promotions and outlet purchases as well as revenue management according to the budget and forecasts
- Be fully aware at all times of competition activities, theme nights and pricing.
- Assist in managing the daily operation of the outlet under the set standards and as per the local regulations.
- Recommend hiring and/or employee promotions to the Outlet Manager, and assist in the induction and training of new team members.
- Assist in checking and preparing the roster for all personnel according to the forecast to ensure adequate manpower at all times under the guidance of the Outlet Manager.
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
