Job Description

Responsible for the overall administrative and operation of the Food & Beverage department to maximize profits, enforce established F&B policies, quality standards and optımıze high staff performance to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Neat appearance
  • Articulate
  • Good Posture
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Local language
  • Additional foreign language
  • University Degree
  • Food&Beverage or/and Guest Relations knowledge
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management SysteM
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity role
  • 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to motivate and lead
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasking

 


Additional Information

  • Role Model to the team members for grooming standards
  • Presentable
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Oral and written fluency in local language
  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Opera SC Management System
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales position, at an international 5 star hotel
  • Additional experience in the hospitality industry an asset
