• Atender às solicitações gerais dos clientes, durante o seu turno de trabalho, envolvendo
arrumação do apartamento, reposição de enxoval, entrega de itens/utensílios, montagem
de cama extra, entre outras de caráter correlato.
• Arrumar os apartamentos, durante a permanência e após a saída dos hóspedes, quando
solicitado, efetuando a limpeza de todas as suas dependências, trocando enxovais e
repondo os materiais necessários (amenidades). (incluir limpeza profunda).
• Realizar a limpeza de áreas sociais, quando necessário.
• Liberar os apartamentos, após a saída dos hóspedes, através do sistema.
• Acondicionar os enxovais usados em sacos apropriados para entrega à lavanderia, bem
como informar eventuais danos/estragos no enxoval, ao superior imediato.
• Efetuar o check-list de equipamentos do apartamento, verificando seu funcionamento, bem
como informar o superior sobre eventuais irregularidades e necessidades de reposição.
• Efetuar o check-list de frigobar e papelaria e informar o superior sobre eventuais
necessidades de reposição.
• Identificar e registrar objetos deixados/esquecidos nos apartamentos e entregá-los à
Governanta.
• Zelar pela limpeza do corredor e hall do elevador, quando necessário.
• Atender a solicitações de arrumação e limpeza da área de eventos, quando necessário.
• Abastecer a copa de serviços dos andares, quando necessário.
• Registrar informações gerais sobre a ocupação dos apartamentos (quantidade de hóspedes
por apartamento/status de UH, arrumação etc.), seguindo procedimentos preestabelecidos.
• Substituir a supervisora, quando necessário e garantir a continuidade dos serviços,
processos e procedimentos determinados.
• Zelar pelos equipamentos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade.
• Zelar pela guarda da chave do andar, seguindo critérios e procedimentos preestabelecidos.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
