Tu es étudiant(e) en BAC +3/4 et tu recherches une expérience immersive et formatrice dans l’univers du management hôtelier pour 4 à 6 mois ? 🚀 Le Novotel & Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon, des hôtels 4 étoiles de 250 et 315 chambres sont des établissements dynamiques au cœur de la capitale, qui t’offrent une opportunité exceptionnelle d’acquérir des compétences dans le service des RH, tout en évoluant dans un environnement opérationnel haut de gamme.
💼 Tes missions au quotidien :
🔹 Gestion du personnel et administration RH
Accueillir et intégrer les nouveaux talents (onboarding, formalités administratives)
Rédiger et suivre les contrats (CDI, CDD, extras)
Gérer les tableaux de suivi RH (congés, visites médicales, périodes d’essai, etc.)
Accompagner les équipes et répondre à leurs questions RH du quotidien
🔹 Recrutement & Marque Employeur
Rédiger et publier des offres d’emploi attractives
Trier les candidatures et réaliser des pré-qualifications téléphoniques
Participer à l’organisation de job datings et événements de recrutement
🔹 Formation & Qualité de Vie au Travail (QVT)
Suivre le plan de formation et la gestion des besoins
Création d’un atelier de sensibilisation aux accidents du travail
Mettre en place des actions QVT pour nos équipes
🔹 Support à la paie
Saisir les éléments variables de paie et vérifier les plannings
Contrôler les bulletins de salaire en binôme avec la RRH
🔹 Étudiant(e) en BAC+3 / BAC+4 en RH
🔹 Passionné(e) par le contact humain et l’univers de l’hôtellerie
🔹 Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et tu as l’œil pour les détails.
🔹 Dynamique et avec un excellent relationnel
🔹 À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)
