Mission : Nous recherchons un stagiaire prêt à s'investir pour assurer le suivi opérationnel de l'activité de support utilisateurs et fournisseurs dans le cadre du process achat porté par l'outil leader du marché (COUPA renommé ASPEN en interne).
La mission sera l'occasion idéale pour notre stagiaire de découvrir l'univers Accor, les équipes opérationnelles internes et de nos partenaires externes et ainsi être visible auprès de tous les niveaux hiérarchiques avec possibilité d'évoluer en interne si la mission est réussie.

Gestion des supports de connaissances
- Mise à jour des guides utilisateurs
- Mise à jour des guides fournisseurs
Gestion des bases & solutions de connaissance
- Mise à jour de l'intranet ASPEN
- Mise à jour de l'extranet fournisseur Zendesk
- Mise à jour du e-learning (formation initiale)
- Mise à jour des tuto videos (formation continue)
- Mise en place d'une aide en ligne / assistance virtuelle (projet)
Gestion de la communication
- Mise en place d'un planning editorial
- Gestion des Mémo ASPEN (nouvelles fonctionnalités, rappel des règles et process)
- Gestion des campagnes d'info et de relance aux fournisseurs
Gestion des sessions de formation aux utilisateurs internes
- Organiser les cafés ASPEN quotidien (15 min de Q&A)
- Organiser des sessions de formations mensuelles (1h)
- Organiser des sessions de formations ad hoc
Coordonner l'activité des agents de support externalisés (Webhelp) basés au Portugal
- Optimiser en continu la plateforme de ticketing
- Assurer le support de niveau 2
- Piloter les indicateurs et plans d'actions définis ou à définir

Dates du stage :
- Début : dès que possible
- Durée : 6 mois
Reporting hiérarchique :
- niveau 1 : PTP Core Model & Project Manager
- niveau 2 : PTP Program Director
Savoir être :
- Profil analytique
- Capable d'apprendre vite et de synthétiser
- Forte capacité d'organisation
- Bon communicant à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Capable de s'adapter et à l'aise pour interagir avec des interlocuteurs de niveaux hiérarchiques et de départements différents
Savoir faire :
- A l'aise avec les outils digitaux en général
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Anglais courant obligatoire. Autres langues appréciées
Compensations Stage 6 mois :
- Gratification en fonction du niveau d'étude (Bac+3 à Bac+5)
- Congés payés : 1/2 journée par mois autorisée payée
