Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales progress effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Experience in B2B sales environment preferred
  • Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Pune, India is a plus
