Responsabilités principales :
- Prospection et développement commercial :
- Identifier et contacter de nouveaux clients potentiels pour élargir la clientèle.
- Effectuer des appels et des visites commerciales pour présenter les produits ou services.
- Gestion des clients :
- Maintenir et développer des relations solides avec les clients existants.
- Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Assurer un suivi régulier des clients pour garantir leur satisfaction.
- Négociation et conclusion de ventes :
- Préparer et présenter des propositions commerciales adaptées.
- Négocier les termes des contrats et conclure des accords de vente.
- Analyse du marché :
- Suivre les tendances du marché et surveiller la concurrence.
- Fournir des retours réguliers à la direction sur les performances des ventes et les conditions du marché.
- Rapports et objectifs :
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Rendre compte des résultats de ventes et proposer des améliorations.
Compétences requises :
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs clients simultanément.
- Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des priorités.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et des logiciels de vente.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme en commerce, marketing, ou domaine connexe (souhaité).
- Expérience préalable dans la vente ou un poste similaire.
- Maîtrise des langues (Français, Anglais).
