Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are currently looking for friendly and detail-oriented room attendants to maintain the impeccable presentation of our rooms and public spaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way

Our Housekeeping team is essential to the success of our hotel, with Room Attendants playing a key role in ensuring the pristine condition of all rooms. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisors, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors.
• Managing inventory levels for linen, minibar items, and essential room supplies.
• Adhering to proper procedures for reporting any lost property.

• Possess a positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
• Are physically fit and comfortable working independently
