Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager, you are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for the daily operations. You lead the service staff, ensure an excellent guest experience, and work closely with the kitchen to guarantee flawless service. Additionally, you are responsible for the operational and administrative aspects of the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Hospitable, stress-resistant, and flexible.
  • Good knowledge of hospitality software and administration.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on quality and service.
