· Contribute and embrace F&B strategy & Vision
· Motivate, direct and coordinate the work of all employees in the restaurant
· Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of staff professionalism
· Reviewing the competition and identifying opportunities to strengthen the F&B operations core
· Competencies and enhance our competitive advantage
· Comply with all brand standards and departmental SOPs
· Conduct daily role plays and ensure employees adhere to grooming standards
· Manage the storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness
· Control stock of all equipment in the restaurant
· Regularly inspect food & beverage quality
· Check all equipment on daily basic, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and maintain the cleanliness of workstation and chillers & Liaise with stewarding on inventory and breakage control
· Ensure cash operations, administrations and audits are aligned to Pullman procedures, in line with the brand's internal audit guidelines
· You may be asked to perform other duties as assigned by your manager
· Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills
· 3 years’ experience in a busy, high-volume Restaurant, preferably in an international hotel chain
· Proficient in English language
· Passion for providing exceptional level of service
· Enthusiastic and positive personality with ability to build strong relationships
· Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
· High degree of professionalism, commercial & creative capabilities, energy and determination
· Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
· Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office
