Job Description

Summary:
As a Recreation Hostess, you’ll be the face of the recreation department, ensuring guests experience a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing the flow of activities, and ensuring that all recreational offerings meet the needs and expectations of our guests. Your role will also involve providing information on events, coordinating bookings, and offering friendly guidance to enhance guests' experience, especially for families and children.

You will work closely with the Recreation team to create a fun, memorable, and safe environment, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibility also includes supporting daily operations, maintaining high levels of service, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.

  • Guest Reception: Greet guests, provide information on activities, and assist with bookings.
  • Activity Coordination: Manage daily activities, ensuring smooth operations and guest engagement.
  • Safety Assurance: Follow safety protocols, ensuring children’s activities are supervised.
  • Event Support: Help set up, assist during events, and ensure activities run smoothly.
  • Guest Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the recreation area clean and organized, reporting issues as needed.
  • Inventory Support: Assist in managing recreation supplies and equipment.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Provide a fun, engaging, and safe environment for all guests.

Qualifications

Experience/Certificates/Education

  • Previous experience working preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
