Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

• You’ll take charge of the day-to-day operation of our pool bar and lounge, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the vibe is just right. 🎶🍸
• Organizing weekly rosters, ensuring the bar is always stocked and sparkling, and checking that every setup is perfect before the fun begins will be your expertise. 📅🔧
• You will coach your team to excel, focusing on behavior, service skills, and overall readiness to impress. 🏅👩‍🏫
• Maintaining a spotless, safe, and hazard-free bar is your responsibility, ensuring that everything meets Mama-level cleanliness and safety standards. ✨🧼
• Welcoming guests with a warm smile, handling special requests with flair, and addressing any complaints with grace will be key to making every guest feel like a VIP. 😊👋
• Leading with a sales mindset, you’ll show your team how to boost revenue while keeping the atmosphere fun and inviting. 💸📈
