ホテルのデジタル パフォーマンスを推進します。また、レベニューパフォーマンスの向上、チャネルの最適化、料金の均一性の向上、および MEAPAC デジタル & E コマース チームによって定義された、ベスト プラクティス推進のための戦略を実行します。そして、日本エリアのロイヤルティ戦略をサポートし、地域の運用の卓越性とロイヤルティ KPI のパフォーマンスを推進します。
- 関連分野の学士号
- デジタルマーケティング職で最低3年の経験
- ホテル業界での経験
- 広告またはマーケティング代理店での経験があれば尚可
- 優れた人材管理スキルと経験
- 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキル
- 成果主義
- 自主性およびチームの一員として働くスキル
交通費上限25,000円まで支給（新幹線通勤、特急料金は適用外）。
勤続6ヶ月後国内外アコーグループホテルの割引社員カード発行。
勤務地は東京港区虎ノ門です。
