Mission:
Mission
Le Maître d'hôtel sera en charge d'animer une équipe de 6-10 personnes en adoptant un management positif et bienveillant afin de favoriser leur développement, le tout en collaboration étroite avec avec le directeur de la restauration et son adjoint.
Il garantit la satisfaction des clients par la qualité de la prestation et de l’accueil.
Il organise et supervise l’activité F&B (Service PDJ, Bar & banqueting), notamment par les missions suivantes :
- Garanti et coordonne les missions de restauration (mise en place des lieux, accueil, service) selon les attentes de la marque , en adaptant son organisation et son management.
- Pilote la qualité sur le terrain
- Met en valeur l’offre restauration et participe à l’animation des lieux (bar, terrasse…) pour ainsi développer le chiffre d’affaires
- Maitrise les Normes HACCP
- Garanti la communication entre le terrain et la direction
- Veille à anticiper les besoins en matériel selon l'activité en collaboration avec L'adjoint F&B
- Participe au rapports d'activités
- Coopère aux projets de l’hôtel et à l’atteinte des objectifs de l'entreprise
- Participe au recrutement, à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et au développement des compétences de son équipe
- Assure le suivi des réservations et les modifications commerciales
