Job Description

Training:

  • Conduct general training for new comers, current staff (orientation, guest service skill etc)
  • Handle English training for operation staff (if applicable)
  • Coordinate external training activities (First Aid, Fire-fighting, Labor safety etc.)
  • Maintain efficient and structured training records
  • Maintain good relations with departmental trainers, Head of Departments and Supervisors
  • Collect data for monthly training report
  • Coordinate internship issues with local schools (hotel tours, practical training, certificate etc)
  • Assist Talent & Culture Manager in coordinating Career Fair & Talk, Work Experience

Internal communication:

  • Assist Talent & Culture Manager with internal communication (meetings, bulletin board, EES…) including translation from Vietnamese into English and vice versa if necessary
  • Draft T&C presentation for Monthly Celebration, year-end event
  • Conduct first day welcome to new employees (Momentum, introduction, hotel tour)

Supportive functions:

  • Assist Talent & Culture Manager in ensuring that all in house rules and regulations are adhered to
  • Assist Talent & Culture Manager to organize T&C and hotel events (Trade Union activities, monthly celebration, annual year end party etc.)
  • Maintain and update Talent & Culture database

Qualifications

  • College / University graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of proven service and/or training experience
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Self-motivated and energetic
