What you will be doing:

• Efficiently and accurately takes all IVD orders according to Resort’s policy and standards.
• Handles the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain the telephone etiquette at all times.
• Take guest orders accurately, honor all special requests.
• Do courtesy call backs & co ordinate room clearance process.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Micros system.
• Proficient in English both in writing and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills ,
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with  people from diverse cultures.
