We are currently seeking a in Room Dining Team Supervisor to join us at our newly launched venue, Delta Rue, situated on the fifth floor of Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Delta Rue is a vibrant Vietnamese-French restaurant that blends the elegance of 1920s Hanoi with modern influences. Created by House Made Hospitality, the restaurant celebrates fresh, seasonal produce with a menu that expertly combines the bold flavours of Vietnamese and French cuisine. The dining room, seating 150 guests, spills onto a lush terrace accommodating an additional 60 diners.
As our In-Room Dining Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising our in-room dining service, while maximizing profitability and meeting customer’s needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Providing for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.
- Familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Liaising with customers and the kitchen team to ensure service times are adhered to.
- Setting up systems to protect and maintain control of outlet service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
- Setting up and maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule for the outlet to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
- Ensuring all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
