- To liaise with guests, all Housekeeping sections-supervisors, and other departments such as Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and F&B.
- Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information about the department to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
- Receives, records, and transmits guest requests accurately
- Responsible for entering accurate room status into the computer daily and investigating discrepancies
- Maintains and updates administrative data
- Report guest complaints to the Executive Housekeeper immediately
- Is multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as in other areas of Housekeeping
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
- High School or equivalent
- 1 year of housekeeping / administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
