We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries about the restaurant's offerings and services
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Monitor the dining area to maintain cleanliness and ambiance
• Assist with special requests or accommodations for guests
• Handle wait lists efficiently and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in problem-solving and handling guest concerns
• Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Basic math skills for managing reservations and wait times
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Understanding of local customs and etiquette in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant as needed
