Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception & Service: Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Manage all aspects of guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel procedures.
  • Reservations & Phone Handling: Handle reservations by phone and in person with personalized attention, promoting the hotel’s services and offers.
  • Sales & Promotions: Actively promote the hotel’s services, loyalty programs, and special offers to increase sales and guest loyalty.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging feedback.
  • Communication: Ensure smooth communication with other departments and maintain accurate guest documentation.

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
