Vos missions clés :
• Superviser et coordonner les opérations de la réception, en veillant au suivi des procédures.
• Assurer une qualité de service irréprochable et une expérience client personnalisée.
• Recruter, former, encadrer, et challenger l’équipe de réception.
• Former et aider le personnel de la réception à fournir un excellent service client (Lifestyle & haut de gamme).
• Répondre rapidement et efficacement aux demandes de renseignements, aux plaintes et aux requêtes clients.
• Mettre en place et animer les projets de la réception : Recrutement ALL, Qualité, etc.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service Housekeeping.
• Assurer la coordination avec les autres services afin de garantir une expérience de qualité pour les clients.
• Contrôler les caisses, vérifier les transactions financières et les procédures de facturation.
COMPETENCES REQUISES :
- Maitrise de l’anglais et d’une autre langue.
- Au minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’un service de réception.
- Esprit d’équipe.
- Sens aigu de l’accueil et du service client.
- Leadership.
- Sens de l’organisation.
- Connaissance de Opera Cloud, TARS, et ALL.
- Excellente compréhension des activités de contrôle opérationnel, de prévision et de planification.
- Capacité à former les membres de l’équipe et à développer leurs compétences
