Mission:
Le Front Office Manager est chargé de coordonner les efforts du service de réception dans le but de maintenir un taux d’occupation et des revenus optimaux, tout en veillant à offrir un service prévenant aux clients.
Principales responsabilités :
- Supervise les activités opérationnelles de la réception
- Gère les budgets en fonction du taux d’occupation et des prévisions, élabore le planning du personnel en conséquence
- Met en œuvre des directives, des politiques et des procédures pour les services opérationnels supervisés
- Pilote les activités et instaure un environnement de travail propice à la réalisation des objectifs
- Gère les problèmes de performance qui surviennent au sein des services opérationnels supervisés
- Fait partie intégrante de l’équipe d’exploitation, assiste à toutes les réunions programmées et y contribue activement
- Fait passer des entretiens et sélectionne, forme, évalue, encadre, conseille et discipline les responsables et collaborateurs du service, conformément aux critères de la société
- Veille au respect optimal de la stratégie d’audit du groupe
- Communique efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe
- Se réunit quotidiennement avec les membres de l’équipe pour discuter des activités clés du moment
- Veille au respect des réglementations locales en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Anticipe et règle les problèmes avec les clients et met en place des processus proactifs visant à promouvoir la satisfaction Clientèle
- Est une source d’inspiration pour l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel afin de l’inciter à proposer des performances dignes d’un établissement de grand luxe
- Interagit de manière positive avec les autres services afin de garantir aux clients l’accueil attendu d’un établissement de grand luxe
Compétences requises :
- Excellente compréhension des activités de contrôle opérationnel, d’élaboration de budget, de prévision et de planification
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Capacité à former les membres de l’équipe et à développer leurs compétences
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
