At Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour, We are seeking a dynamic and energetic people-person to join our Front Office team as a Casual All-Rounder. This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of Front Office, making it a great opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest’s stay.
• Handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, always striving for total guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts, ensuring all charges are processed correctly and efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.
• A strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
