Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant during the Breakfast service, delivering exceptional service that Pullman Hotel is known for. You will also:

• Be an efficient, friendly and professional provider of food and beverage service
• Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds their expectations.
• Be a champion for revenue generating initiatives, driving team results
• Be a passionate trainer, thriving on team success
• Lead your team through enthusiasm and example

• A true desire to provide impeccable service
• A creative, resilient and enthusiastic personality
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Passionate about service and the drive team to make the impossible happen
• Liaising with various internal and external clients
• A high standard of grooming and presentation
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
• Experience with Shiji advantageous
