Food and Beverage Attendant

As the flagship hotel for the Mercure brand within Australia we invite you to belong to something bigger. We are a big hotel, looking for some big talent! With 517 refurbished rooms, 10 conference rooms, and multiple food and beverage outlets on the look-out for Part Time Food and Beverage Attendants.

Additionally, your responsibilities will include: 

• Providing exceptional guest service at all times
• Maintain standards of hygiene for any food handling and presentation
• Up keep knowledge of outlet and offerings
• Ensuring both guest  and work areas are cleaned and stocked
• Assist with drink service, food service and opening/closing the venue
• Liaise with F&B colleagues and with other departments in the hotel to ensure good communication

As the successful applicant, you will have the following:  

• Previous Experience is a Food and Beverage setting is an advantage
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Pride in grooming and presenting yourself well
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable to work autonomously and also a team player
• Strong attention to detail
