Originally built in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest of Sydney’s 21 surviving wool stores. Today, it offers a luxurious experience within the Accor portfolio, featuring 90 thoughtfully designed guestrooms, an award-winning neighborhood restaurant and bar, and versatile spaces for meetings and events.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Mister Percy. Known for its Mediterranean-inspired flavors, dedication to local produce, and curated wine selections, our venue provides a unique dining experience.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests by ensuring a seamless dining journey. With your sharp attention to detail, you’ll take orders with precision and flair while anticipating guest needs for their complete satisfaction.
