Job Description

  •  Ensure high-standard service is provided consistently throughout all operations.
  •   Guide fitness members to achieve good results, motivate them, and focus on their progress.
  •   Immediately report to the direct supervisor or other responsible person any issues that may affect the guest's satisfaction.
  •   Establish appropriate and collaborative relationships with hotel guests.
  •   Create tailored programs for guests, considering their needs and goals, and consistently review results.
  •   Maintain proactive involvement in fitness areas, offering assistance, providing advice, and supporting all users.
  •   Ensure the daily cleanliness of all equipment and adherence to hygiene standards.
  •   Comply with the required dress code and appearance standards.
  •   Be courteous to guests and colleagues at all times.
  •   Conduct fitness evaluations, personal training, and fitness instruction as needed.
  •   Run all fitness classes and other activities in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  •   Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of changing rooms and relaxation areas.
  •   Address guests' complaints and suggestions in a timely and professional manner, and share feedback from all members about the fitness floor with the direct supervisor.
  •   Perform all duties and responsibilities professionally and in accordance with job requirements.
  •   Be knowledgeable about current programs and campaigns, and promote them among members.
  •   Ensure members sign the fitness, lifestyle, exercise, and second assessment programs and monitor their monthly execution.
  •   Limit personal interactions with members and guests to motivational advice or training, avoiding unnecessary conversations.
  •   Provide all guests with professional, hygienic, and safe procedures, regularly updating knowledge and undergoing training in this area.
  •   Ensure the cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene of equipment, procedure rooms, and linens in line with company protocols.
  •   Participate in training regarding health, safety regulations, and hygiene standards in accordance with legislation.
  •   Always act responsibly towards personal safety, as well as the safety of other employees and guests.
  •   Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area when necessary.
  •   Be responsible for pool safety as a lifeguard in company pools.
  •   Always be punctual and prepared for procedures.
  •   Participate in all training courses as directed by the direct supervisor when necessary.
  •   Understand and comply with all internal instructions, policies, and procedures.
  •   Carry out other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  •   Adhere to appearance standards and dress code requirements.
  •   Be aware of and follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.

Qualifications

  • Certification
  • A good trainer must be compassionate and patient while working with clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and creating a comfortable environment

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
