Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Bogor, Indonesia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to drive our organization's success.

  • Manage and direct all accounting and financial control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations
  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws in Indonesia
  • Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance or related field; CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in corporate finance
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, Indonesian financial regulations, and local tax laws
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with experience in managing and developing teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing financial processes and controls
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) is required
