Job Description

(This position will be available in April 2025)

•Directly report to General Manager, oversee the Finance and Accounting department in the hotel, and manage all financial tasks, ensuring the hotel's financial health.

•Ensure smooth running of all financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development and maintenance of adequate internal accounting control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.


Qualifications

•Minimum of 5-7 years of financial management experience, preferably within the hotel business.

•Degree in Accounting / Finance with professional certificate as CPA) will be an advantage.

•Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data and drive decision-making.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English to present complex financial information in a clear, concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

•Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems.
