•Effectively managed the department to ensure the cleanliness of all public areas, bedrooms, corridors, and the heart of the house including Laundry service.
•Meeting and maintaining our exceptional housekeeping quality standards.
•Ensure all housekeeping reports, including daily discrepancy reports are being completed.
•Liaise effectively with reception to ensure all out-of-order rooms, room moves, and room allocations are processed correctly.
•Ensure to provide a fine quality laundry service (internal/external): washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing.
•Recruit, train, and develop all housekeeping and laundry staff.
•Ensure adequate control of linen and liaise with the laundry to ensure adequate available stocks.
•Establishes and maintains department organization, manning and productivity, ensuring a smooth operation on the business forecast.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at the management level preferably in a hotel environment.
• Must have good knowledge of all areas concerned with rooms and public areas, and be able to manage laundry operations.
•Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly motivated individual.
•Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, as well as planning skills and a strong attention to detail.
•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Languages: Fluent in the national language (Thai), English.
