Company Description

We are looking for an ambitious Director of Consortia & Leisure to join the Sales team at Ennismore. This is an exciting role in our growing company and will focus on managing and executing Global Consortia & Leisure Sales strategies for our global portfolio of Hoxton Hotels.

Based in London and reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will drive global strategies and centrally support our 16 operating Hoxton Hotels as well as our ambitious opening pipeline.  We’ve got lots of ambition to grow The Hoxton brand and appeal to new customers in new markets, so we want someone that is inspired to join us on that journey and can bring their sales passion and prowess to the team.


Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to source, drive and grow revenue across the Consortia & Leisure segments for our global portfolio of Hoxton hotels, keeping a close eye on results and adjusting strategies and activities to ensure targets are met
  • Manage a pre-assigned portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on global negotiations, preferred agreement implementation and account management activities, ensuring we maximize our market share
  • Prospect new accounts to support our global growth
  • Represent The Hoxton at Global Tradeshows
  • Raise awareness of our opening pipeline and drive revenue to contribute to successful commercial launches
  • Collaborate with key teams (On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations) to ensure key information & insights are shared and we’re working together effectively to drive revenue results

Qualifications

The kind of person we’re looking for…

  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior sales role
  • Consortia experience essential, leisure experience preferable
  • Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven
  • An excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together
  • Combines analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
  • You’re looking for a place where you can be you, no clones in suits here
  • You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
  • You’re not precious; we leave our egos at the door and help get things done
