COMMIS DE CUISINE (H/F) CDD SAISONNIER

Le Grand hôtel Roi René MGALLERY à Aix-en-Provence **** est à la recherche d’un(e) Commis de Cuisine H/F, en CDD pour la saison d’avril à Octobre à temps plein (169h/mensuelles).
- Salaire : à partir de 12 euros brut de l'heure + indemnités compensatrices de nourriture
- Pas de coupure
- 2 jours de repos consécutifs
Rôle :
Assister les chefs dans la préparation des plats et assurer les tâches de base en cuisine, tout en respectant les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
Missions principales :
- Préparer les ingrédients (épluchage, découpe, marinades).
- Aider à la mise en place avant le service.
- Réaliser les préparations simples selon les instructions des Chefs.
- Surveiller la cuisson de plats simples ou accompagner les préparations.
- Veiller à la propreté et au rangement des zones de travail.
- Participer au dressage des assiettes pour les services.
- Gérer les stocks de produits de base sous la supervision du Chef de Partie.
- Respecter scrupuleusement les normes d’hygiène (HACCP).
- Collaborer avec l’équipe pour assurer une fluidité optimale en cuisine.
- Réaliser les tâches annexes comme nettoyer les ustensiles et machines.
Liste non exhaustive pouvant évoluer en fonction des saisons et des besoins de l’entreprise.
