Job Description
∙ Develop segment of group accommodation, events, conference organization
∙ Contact with corporate clients and agency's representative concerning of all details of event and/or group accommodation (set up; number of participants; menu order; timing, list of guests etc.) with e-mail and phone conversations
∙ Prepare contract, invoice, all needed documentation based on client's order, control payments.
∙ Create group bookings with OPERA Cloud system
∙ Share order details as well as general notes with Food & Beverage Manager and his team, kitchen during weekly “BEO & Group” meeting
∙ Control Pay Muster closing proses
∙ Reporting
∙ Collecting feedback from the clients, building pleasant relationships to increase customer loyalty and get returning business
Qualifications
∙ At least 1 year experience working across multiple hotels
∙ Ability to communicate with all hotel departments and clients at the same time, manage solutions as the result of team work
∙ Result oriented
∙ Multitasking
∙ Attention to the details
∙ Keen problem solver
∙ Highly organized
∙ Fluent English speaker
∙ Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment
