GENERAL MISSION

• To assist DOE to carry out his responsibility for the maintenance and repair of the hotel building, grounds, and contents, and for the efficient and safe operation of all plant, equipment, system.
• Priority in fire prevention.
• Report to GM and dot line to DOE and to be on called for any problems which occur after normal working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist in and ensures that effective control and productivity maintained. Supervises the implementation of an effective Trouble Report system together with other day to day works of general maintenance repair to ensure that the building, is contents and its surroundings are at all times in first-class condition throughout. - Preventative maintenance scheme; directs and supervises the work of his team in is continuous implementation.
• Ensures that all items of plant and equipment are operated in a safe and efficient manner. Closely monitors the effects of servicing and maintenance
• Coordinates and supervises the work of service contractors are fully implemented. Completes and provides all regular reports and statistics required by DOE. Maintains an efficient record/filing system as necessary in his own office.
• Make daily inspection tours, to check condition of building and equipment, and to monitor work progress generally.
• Perform as an ERT member.
• Perform other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND, CERTIFICATE/LICENSING

Graduated from M&E College or above. Engineer professional issued by local authorities will be an added advantage.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Should have at least 2 years experiences in management line in hotel and 5 years in supervising line, repair and maintenance of M&E facilities of hotel or the same as property.
