• Supervises the functioning of the Income auditor, Night auditor, Finance coordinator, AP Clerk, Paymaster, & General Cashier
• Gets all day-to-day reports from sub ordinates and ensure its accuracy
• Verifies all the reports accuracy and forward to Cluster Director of Finance
• Checks all the allowance vouchers which properly approved
• Checks the petty cash reports thoroughly and highlight any misuse to Cluster Director of Finance
• Ensures strict follow up on corporate manual guidelines
• Ensures costs measure are adhered through formats given by the hotel
• Refines the organization chart as per management instructions when necessary
• Keeps open all communication channels and indirectly focus the guest needs
• Ensures the accuracy of bank balance and monthly reconciliation statements
• Implements and supervise all control procedures within the location of payments, paymaster and Assets control
• Conducts float checks in all areas, whenever/wherever a float is held
• Prepares monthly cash flow statements.
• Approves duty roaster of subordinates
• Ensures sub ordinates emergency personal issues does not affect the department performance
• Approves overtime, request of Finance coordinator, Income Auditor, Night Auditor, AP clerk, Paymaster, General Cashier.
• Conducts communication meeting with subordinates
• Has control on Assets tracking with Payable team & Finance coordinator
• Prepares vacation plan for all sub ordinates
• Ensures sub ordinates emergency personal issues does not affect the department performance
• Helps and solves any problem faced by the night auditor the nighttime during implementation of software
•  performance on their day-to-day tasks
• Promotes efficiency, confidence, and courtesy towards colleagues.
• Generally, promotes and ensure good relations with Operational and department colleagues.
• Displays a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
• Adheres to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
• Participates in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by Department head.
• Complies with any reasonable request made by Department Head to the best of your ability.
• Makes a timely suggestion to Controller simplifying documents and providing a lead to avoid duplication issues.
• Ensures that the standards required by Saudi Law and by Department are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
