Job Description

Are you passionate about cooking and ready for a new challenge in the culinary world? For our renowned restaurant 'Magritte' (hotel opening December 2024), we are looking for motivated and talented cooks to strengthen our kitchen team!

As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, such as the cold kitchen, grill, or sauces. You ensure that your section operates smoothly and coordinate the work of the commis and other assistants. You work closely with the Chef and Sous-Chef to maintain a high level of culinary creativity and quality.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Team leader with good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity in the kitchen
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
