Job Description

En tant que Chef(fe) de brigade (H/F), tu seras en charge de :

Accueillir et prendre en charge le client avec prévenance et attention de son arrivée jusqu'à son départ
Apporter son aide à l’assistante Chef de Réception dans ses tâches du quotidien
Former et accompagner l’équipe de Réception
Animer et contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs du service
Gérer les objections et/ou remarques éventuelles du client ; veille à apporter une réponse dans le meilleur délai possible
Transmettre les informations nécessaires aux autres services (étages, technique,...) et aux autres membres de son service
Valoriser les différentes prestations de l’hôtel pour optimiser les ventes
Respecter les procédures en matière de facturation et d’encaissement
Gérer le fonds de caisse qui lui est confié
Apporter renfort au point de restauration "CORNER STATION"
